The JC alcohol precipitation tank is suitable for alcohol precipitation in traditional Chinese medicine, oral liquids, food, health products, and chemical industries. The alcohol precipitation tank is a specialized device developed from the old process of alcohol precipitation (also known as solvent exchange or drunken rod). It is mainly used for the operation of freezing and cooling alcohol precipitation after the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, and it can also be used for the operation of water precipitation of concentrated liquid after extraction of traditional Chinese medicine. Device Features: This device consists of an oval head with an attached jacket, a conical bottom cylindrical body, and is equipped with a three-blade stirrer and a special rotatable liquid outlet pipe. The concentration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction involves adding alcohol to create a liquid with a certain alcohol content, followed by liquid-solid separation through sedimentation at room temperature or low temperature to improve the purity and clarity of the traditional Chinese medicine extract. The entire device is made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with a high-pressure automatic water spray cleaning system. Low-temperature cooling water can be circulated in the jacket, and the transmission parts use mechanical seals and explosion-proof motors to ensure production safety, complying with GMP pharmaceutical standards. The surface of the device can be treated with a mirror finish or matte finish.

CG Insulated Storage Tank

The CG insulated storage tank produced by our company features a reasonable design, advanced technology, and automatic control, meeting GMP certification requirements. The tank body can be constructed in vertical or horizontal single-layer or double-layer structures, and insulation materials can be filled according to user requirements. The inner tank is polished to Ra0.45μm, while the exterior is insulated with either a mirror panel or a frosted panel. The top is equipped with an inlet, a return port, a disinfection port, a cleaning port, and a manhole, along with a 0.45μm air breather.

The tubular sterilizer is widely used for products such as milk, juice, tea beverages, and traditional Chinese medicine extracts. This equipment is mainly used for the sterilization and disinfection of various concentrated materials as well as the cooling process. It consists of a material storage tank, a hot water tank, a pump, a tubular heat exchanger, a PLC control system, a control cabinet, a steam inlet system, valves, and induction switches. Features: This machine is suitable for the sterilization and disinfection of various concentrated materials and the cooling process, with a wide range of product viscosity, and can accommodate fibers and particles. It is not prone to coking and has a longer production time. High heat transfer coefficient: The tubular heat exchanger operates in a turbulent state for both the material and the heat transfer medium, resulting in high heat exchange efficiency, reduced scaling, and extended continuous operation time of the sterilizer. It can fully compete with imported equipment. High thermal efficiency: After heating, over 90% of the thermal energy can be recovered. There are no contact points inside the tube, no sanitary dead corners, and products do not adhere to the inside of the tube, making it less prone to scaling. Additionally, the corrugated tube creates a high turbulence during the sterilization process, providing a self-cleaning effect during the material flow, thus preventing the formation of scaling and contamination inside the tube.

WJG stainless steel reactor

Overview: The crystallization tank is made of imported 316L or 304 stainless steel. The inner wall is polished to a mirror finish or mechanically polished, while the outer wall features a fully welded 304 insulated structure, with the outer surface treated to a mirror or matte finish. The crystallization tank can withstand high-temperature sterilization at 121°C. It is equipped with multiple process interfaces including a thermometer, pressure gauge, spotlight sight glass, CIP cleaning ball, breather, nitrogen inlet, and material inlet and outlet. The shaft seal uses high-quality sanitary mechanical seals to ensure that the material is not contaminated. A sterile sampling valve and stainless steel tank bottom can be equipped according to customer requirements. The crystallization tank can use a variable frequency speed control device. The agitator can be of anchor type, frame type, paddle type, or turbine type.

Magnetic stirrer tank

This structure consists of an upper and lower elliptical head combined with a sandwich jacket, equipped with a magnetic stirrer that has been meticulously developed by the company over many years. The design of the stirring blades is unique and suitable for mixing different media. The supporting sliding bearings of this stirrer are made of hard alloy, featuring advantages such as simple structure, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, no leakage, and minimal dead corners.
