SJM Falling Film Evaporator Concentrator Series
SJM falling film evaporator series includes single-effect, double-effect, and triple-effect falling film concentration units, suitable for the concentration of materials such as biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, milk, juice, seasonings, and food additives. Equipment features: 1. The material has a very short residence time in the heating tube, making it particularly suitable for the concentration of heat-sensitive materials, allowing for continuous feeding and discharging. 2. The evaporation temperature is relatively low, and the number of effects and evaporation temperature can be selected according to customer requirements. 3. The unique top spray film formation device of the heating evaporator ensures uniform film formation. 4. The condenser has a unique structure, with a high heat transfer coefficient and good performance. 5. It uses a jet thermal pressure pump, which has significant energy-saving effects. 6. The SJN double-effect concentrator is suitable for the concentration of liquids such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, starch syrup, and dairy products, especially for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials.
Equipment Features: Energy-saving benefits; compared to the SJN-1000 single-effect concentrator, it saves about 3,500 tons of steam, 90,000 tons of water, and approximately 80,000 kWh of electricity annually. This concentrator uses a negative pressure external heating natural circulation evaporation method, allowing for a fast evaporation rate, with a concentration ratio of 1.2-1.35 (for general Chinese medicine extracts). The concentrator employs simultaneous evaporation in two effects, utilizing secondary steam, which reduces total energy consumption by about 50% compared to single-effect concentrators.
Multi-functional operation features: It can recover alcohol at a concentration of about 80%; single-effect, double-effect, and triple-effect can be repeatedly combined for paste collection; it can operate with intermittent or continuous feeding. All parts of the concentrator that come into contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, giving it an attractive appearance that meets GMP standards. The heater and evaporator are insulated, with the outer insulation layer made of 304 stainless steel sheet, and the surface is treated with either a mirror or matte finish.

The SJN three-effect concentrator is suitable for the concentration of liquid materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, starch syrup, and dairy products, especially for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive substances. Equipment features: 1. Energy-saving benefits: Compared to the SJN-1000 single-effect concentrator, it saves about 5,400 tons of steam, 140,000 tons of water, and 130,000 kWh of electricity annually. 2. This concentrator uses a negative pressure external heating natural circulation evaporation method, which allows for a fast evaporation rate and a concentration ratio of 1.2-1.35 (for general traditional Chinese medicine extracts). 3. DJN Series Single Effect External Circulation Vacuum Concentrator
The DJN series single-effect external circulation vacuum concentrator is used for the concentration of materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, starch syrup, and dairy products, as well as the recovery of industrial organic solvents (such as alcohol). It is suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials in small batches with a variety of types.
Equipment Features:

Concentrated Liquid: This equipment combines external heating natural circulation with vacuum negative pressure evaporation, resulting in a fast evaporation speed and a concentration ratio of up to 1.3. The liquid material is concentrated without foam under fully sealed conditions. The medicinal liquid concentrated using this equipment has low pollution and strong medicinal flavor, and it is easy to clean (just open the upper and lower covers of the heater for cleaning).
This equipment has a compact design and occupies a small area. The heater and evaporator are made of 304 stainless steel, and the insulation layer is made of 304 stainless steel sheet for the outer shell, with a mirror or matte finish, meeting GMP requirements.
ZN Vacuum Decompression Concentration Tank
The ZN vacuum concentration tank is mainly composed of five components: concentration tank, condenser, vapor-liquid separator, cooler, and receiving tank. The concentration tank has a jacket structure, the condenser is of the tube type, and the cooler has a coil structure. This equipment is suitable for the concentration of liquid materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, and can also be used for the recovery of alcohol and simple reflux extraction. Due to the use of vacuum concentration, the concentration time is shortened, and it does not damage the effective components of heat-sensitive materials. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, which has good corrosion resistance and meets GMP standard requirements.
QN spherical concentration tank
The QN spherical concentrator is mainly composed of four parts: the main body of the concentrator, the condenser, the vapor-liquid separator, and the receiving tank.
