The device can distill 30-50% of diluted alcohol to 90-95%. If a higher purity of finished alcohol is required, the reflux ratio can be increased, but this will correspondingly reduce the yield of the finished product. The residual liquid discharge has an alcohol content of ≤3°, making it a professional device for alcohol recovery.
Device Features: This device uses high-efficiency ceramic or stainless steel corrugated packing. All parts that come into contact with alcohol, such as the tower body, condenser, pressure stabilizing tank, and cooling coil, are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The tower kettle uses a detachable U-shaped tube for easy maintenance.

Background of Technological Development
The true industrial application value of vacuum low-temperature automatic continuous dryers emerged in the 1970s. In the mid-1950s, Wander and Sulzer collaborated to develop the first Swiss vacuum belt dryer unit.
