Description
The equipment mainly includes concentrating tank, condenser, vapor-liquid separator, cooler and liquid receiver. The concentrating tank is jacket structure, condenser is tube type and cooler is coil type. This equipment is suitable for the concentration of the liquid in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, and can be used as a recovery of alcohol and simple reflux extraction purposes. As the use of vacuum concentration, so that the concentration time is shortened, and does not undermine the active ingredients of the thermosensitive materials, equipment and materials are made of stainless steel 304 or 316L contact parts with good corrosion resistance, and in line with GMP standards.
