The belt dryer consists of several independent unit sections. The belt dryer operates sensitively, with wet materials fed in, and the drying process takes place in a completely sealed chamber, providing good working conditions and preventing dust leakage. The belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment used for batch production, suitable for drying materials that are porous and in sheet, strip, or granular form. It is particularly suitable for high moisture content materials such as dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and traditional Chinese medicine pieces, where the material temperature should not be high; this series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality.
