Two sets of pilot extraction and concentration units have completed production.

Recently, Zhejiang Gemini Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the production and testing of two pilot extraction and concentration units for a well-known domestic pharmaceutical company.

The extraction and concentration system involves two different processes. At the request of the client, Zhejiang Gemini engineers designed a continuous operation for extraction and concentration, which can achieve automatic control. Additionally, a corresponding filtration system is configured based on the material characteristics, allowing the residue to be extracted a second time through the transmission system, thereby improving the extraction rate of effective substances. The extraction equipment can be linked with different types of concentration equipment, and depending on the material characteristics, single-effect, double-effect, and triple-effect concentrators can be selected. The equipment meets GMP standards and is widely applicable in various fields: pharmaceuticals, natural foods and health products, natural plant extraction, and pigment extraction.
