Purpose
This concentrator is suitable for the concentration of liquid materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, starch syrup, and dairy products, especially suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials.

1. Energy-saving benefits: Compared to the SJN-1000 single-effect concentrator, it saves about 5400 tons of steam annually, 140,000 tons of water, and about 130,000 kWh of electricity.
2. This concentrator adopts a negative pressure external heating natural circulation evaporation method, with a fast evaporation speed and a concentration ratio of 1.2-1.35 (for general traditional Chinese medicine extracts).
3. This concentrator uses simultaneous three-effect evaporation, making full use of secondary steam, reducing total energy consumption by about 65% compared to single-effect concentrators.
4. Multi-functional operation features
(1) Can recover alcohol with a concentration of about 80%;
(2) Single-effect, double-effect, and three-effect can be repeatedly combined to collect extracts;
(3) Can feed intermittently or continuously.
5. All parts of the concentrator that come into contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance that meets GMP standards.
