This concentrator uses a negative pressure external heating natural circulation evaporation method, allowing for a fast evaporation rate, with a concentration ratio of 1.2-1.35 (for general Chinese medicine extracts). The concentrator employs simultaneous evaporation in two effects, utilizing secondary steam, which reduces total energy consumption by about 50% compared to single-effect concentrators. Multi-functional operation features: It can recover alcohol at a concentration of about 80%; single-effect, double-effect, and triple-effect can be repeatedly combined for paste collection; it can operate with intermittent or continuous feeding. All parts of the concentrator that come into contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, giving it an attractive appearance that meets GMP standards.
